This project involved the conceptualization, design, and development of Consulting Group's corporate website. The goal was to build a clear, modern, and professional platform to showcase the company's technology services, including licensing, cloud and mobile solutions, infrastructure, cybersecurity, outsourcing, and technical support. The site also communicates the organization's history, mission, and values, facilitates customer contact, and includes support features, a blog, and career opportunities.
AI tools in Azure were used to personalize website support and manage the site through a CMS. Cutting-edge technologies were incorporated in terms of accessibility, usability, and coding, making the website a comprehensive ecosystem for our company.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

What I liked most about People Apps Inc was their solid technical expertise and agile approach to project delivery; they demonstrated clear skills in planning, communication, and execution, effectively using Scrum practices to move through iterations, resolve issues quickly, and maintain constant alignment with project goals.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

What I liked least was that, at times, the prioritization of tasks and the estimation of times could have been better adjusted to further optimize the delivery of certain modules; however, they always showed a willingness to adapt and improve throughout the project.
