Pixated is a performance marketing agency based in the UK. We help ambitious brands build scalable, sustainable growth, and get the results and recognition they deserve. Our team of digital marketers and web design specialists empower our clients to increase their leads, purchases, and return on ad spend.

I’m Arham, CEO and Co-founder of Pixated. I’m a certified Google and Facebook Ads performance marketing specialist, with extensive experience in both B2B and B2C.
What’s the story behind this company?
My business partner and I were contracting for large organizations, he on web design and development projects, me on performance marketing campaigns. When these companies brought in agencies for support, time and again we saw how they overpromised—and underdelivered. Clients began asking us personally to recommend a web designer and performance marketer, and we’d always suggest each other! So setting up an agency to house both our skillsets was the natural progression—and these days we have a vibrant, growing team around us as well!
What is your company’s business model—an in-house team or third-party vendors?
Our core teams are all in-house, but we sometimes use contractors and freelancers to deliver add-on services.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We’re performance-driven, which means we focus on the metrics that improve our client's bottom lines. The metrics of our campaigns are geared toward our conversion, CPA, conversion rate, and return on ad spend. What’s more, we only take on clients we’re confident we can help. That’s why we offer a performance-based pricing model: we get paid only if we deliver results.
What industries do you cater to? Do you have repeat customers? If so, what ratio of them are repeat?
In B2B we focus primarily on legal, finance, and accounting, but in B2C we have no limits, and enjoy working with clients spanning a myriad of industries!
Which services do clients most approach you for?
We offer:
  • Facebook ads, results-driven campaigns designed to stop prospects dead in their newsfeeds.
  • PPC ads, hand-picking the data around which we shape our clients’ goals and leverage to grow through the power of search.
  • creative web design, combining showstopping design with a structure built for conversions.
  • email marketing, ensuring first-time buyers become long-term repeat customers, through automated email flows and ongoing nurture campaigns.
What is your customer satisfaction rate? What steps do you take to cater to your customers’ needs?
Our client retention rate is 95%. Our account managers discuss project updates with clients on a daily basis via Slack, and our communication channels are always open. Account managers also have weekly and monthly meetings with clients to talk through performance in detail.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients to cater to their queries?
Our detailed onboarding process addresses any issues before they arise, and our dedicated Account Management team maintains continual communication with clients so they can ask questions whenever they want. Our client success managers also hold quarterly meetings with clients to discuss performance to date, during which they can air any concerns.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it pay-per-feature, fixed-cost, pay-per-milestone?
We offer two options:
  1. monthly retainer based on monthly ad spend.
  2. performance-based pricing, whereby we charge a percentage of revenue generated by our campaigns.
Do you take on projects that meet your basic budget requirement? If so, what is the minimum requirement? If not, what’s the minimum budget you’ve worked for?
We only take on projects we’re confident we can deliver results for. One of the primary factors we look at for paid media campaigns is the monthly advertising budget. The minimum monthly advertising budget we work with is £5,000.
What is the price range of the projects you catered to in 2021?
We worked with clients whose budgets ranged from £5,000 per month all the way to £650,000 per month.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
We’ve been doubling our revenue year on year since we launched in 2018, and we expect this to continue as we reinvest heavily in the business. Within the next 10 years, I truly believe we will have become one of the leading performance marketing agencies on both sides of the Atlantic.
