Rentout is a car-sharing mobile application and desktop platform for car rental companies and
individuals renting out their cars to worldwide drivers. The largest car fleet is in Albania, Kosovo,
North Macedonia, and Montenegro (soon in Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, and Turkey).

Rentout provides its drivers with the easiest booking process online by skipping the rental car
counter and waiting lines. Our partnership with numerous international companies has provided
our users with full daily insurance plans, 24/7 road assistance, online and cash payments, pickup
and delivery services, unlimited kilometers, and free cancellation and refund policies.
There are no hidden fees, no credit card requirement, no secondary driver fees, no young driver
fees, no insurance obligations, and no cross-boarding fees.On Rentout we have a 5000+ registered and verified vehicles (different type of cars,utility vehicles, minibuses, campers etc.) in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia and
Montenegro.As this number is raising fast, we will soon offer many online services for our Users to facilitate their
car rental process online much more than the traditional the car rental process.

The Rentout mobile application and desktop platform are powerful tools that offer many
e-services to thousands of verified Hosts and Drivers willing to drive a vehicle in Albania, Kosovo,
North Macedonia, and Montenegro.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM AND SYSTEM

By registering your account on our platform below as a Publisher, you enter into an agreement to
publish our platform services on your system, website, communication channel, etc. and
to generate new client car reservations for Rentout International Ltd. verified Hosts in Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Montenegro.

At the beginning of each month, Rentout International Ltd. will pay you the commission rate for
the previous month through a bank transfer. If the Publisher fails to generate the above flat
monthly rate for the first three months, Rentout International Ltd. retains complete discretion over
this contract and will provide 30 days' notice for its termination. After the first three months,
the Publisher must generate 1 new completed reservations at least every 30 days.

Goals and our proposal

Minimum reservation number is 1 / monthly. After the first 3 months, the minimum
reservation number generated by the Publisher must be at least 1 / monthly.

12 months from the creation of your Publisher account online.

Every year the contract is automatically renewable.

Commission Rate 10% of the total rental amount fee, for each confirmed and completed
reservation generated through the Publisher account (B2C).

Rentout is an innovative car-sharing mobile app that offers self-service shared cars and, soon, private or public parking reservations in Balkan cities, where public transportation and traffic congestion remain pressing issues. The Rentout platform integrates car-sharing, GPS & IoT telematics, B2B services, loyalty and referral programs, EV charging, and affiliate systems and officially launched on the Apple Store and Google Play Store in December 2024.
