Describe your project in brief
We wanted to hire developers in Vietnam but did not have a local entity, so we needed a partner who could help us handle both employment and recruitment. We chose RECO because they were not only able to support us with EOR services, but also had strong recruitment capability, which made the whole process much more convenient for us.
Their team helped us with local contracts, onboarding, payroll, and other HR matters, while also understanding the kind of talent we were looking for. This was especially helpful because we did not want to work with separate vendors for hiring and employment support. Overall, the project made it much easier for us to build our team in Vietnam in a practical and manageable way.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
I think the best thing was their young energy and also the fact that they could actually recruit IT people that matched what I was looking for. They understood the profile quite well, so it did not feel like they were just sending random CVs.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
If I had to mention one thing, maybe just their English could be a bit clearer sometimes when communicating. But other than that, I think they did a really good job overall.
