🚀 RECO STAFFING (Employer of record): We provide high-quality staff for clients who need personnel for short periods. RECO handles all legal liabilities for these resources.

🔑 RECO BOT (Build - Operate - Transfer): We help clients establish a legal entity with separate offices and build a software development team. This team is managed administratively until the entity is transferred to the clients after a specified period.

📝 RECO RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing): This service is ideal for clients who need to outsource part or all of their recruitment process. It includes everything from candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to hiring.

💲 RECO PAYROLL: This service helps reduce the burden of payroll management. RECO functions as an outsourced HR department, handling HR management, performance, scoring, payroll, taxation, social security, and more, with high accuracy and complete confidentiality.

Honestly, there was very little to be dissatisfied with during our collaboration with RECO Manpower. If I had to point out something, it would be that at times, I wished for a slightly wider pool of candidates in certain niche roles. However, I understand that sourcing highly qualified talent in specialized areas can be challenging, and RECO still managed to deliver strong candidates who met our expectations.
