In Remote Team Solutions, we believe in people and contributing to their lives. It's fantastic to see people's lives being changed at the same time that we are helping our customers save money and have a world-class team.

Seeing how our USA clients from the other companies needed to hire big teams for their growing business, but didn’t had the budget, time, or talent, we got together to try to see the way to help them. They wanted to offshore their teams, but they demanded the same time zone, same culture, and high-quality motivated talent with a low turnover rate, and didn’t want to have to fly for more than 15 hours in case they need to see their team or bring a team member to their offices.

They wanted a company that would treat their staff like they would do. After several meetings and research, we decided that Mexico was the place to have their teams, and we went on to try to find a company that could do this for them. After a long search for the right company, we discover that none meet the demands; so, we decided to help them and start our own company, Remote Team Solutions.

We started with just a few customers from our other businesses and quickly started growing. Been able to help our clients and exceed their expectations while helping our community by providing excellent opportunities is what drives us. I have been working with Remote Team Solutions for more than two years. We started with one executive assistant who oversaw talking with our artisans and managing all the logistics of the handcrafts from Mexico to our Warehouse in the USA, plus assisted other managers and me in the USA. Today we have the same EA, plus a salesperson, a customer service, and a digital marketing person. Our staff does an excellent job; they are part of our team, and remote team solutions do a fantastic job with their support, service, and talent development.
Pros :
  • Excellent Service and Quality. The service they provide is amazing and the talent is wonderful.
  • Great Staff. All the team from Remote Team Solutions is happy always to help. They are very proactive
  • Business Model. We like their business model because it is simple and makes everything easy.
Cons :
  • Up to today, I would say nothing. We have not had any bad situations. They always approach all challenges proactively

When I first contacted Remote Team Solutions, I must admit I was skeptical and hired only two remote workers. Soon I realized how easy the process was, and that productivity was exceeding my expectations. Upon the seventh month, I offered them a promotion since they demonstrated to be highly productive and also upgraded my team to six people. From being an extension of my company, they are now a whole department on their own and will continue to grow. Thank you!
Pros :
  • Price-Quality efficency. There are plenty of Outsourcing companies, but their quality is nothing compared to Remote Team Solutions
  • Constant communication. Every time we required it, they would be right there for us.
  • Full transparency. Their business model is pretty straight forward and we are very satisfied with the results.
Cons :
  • Nothing so far; I understand the time they took compensated for the quality of service I received

BM Solutions was severely hit by the global pandemic as much as many other companies. We needed to recover through aggressive sales strategies thus required to expand our team with a limited budget, The new Sales Department needed to be able to work remotely and efficiently with international customers.
We had our previous KPI system that we also wanted to update in order to remain competitive, so the whole project was about building the Sales Department from scratch.

Remote Team Solutions is a nearshore staffing company; we help USA clients build and manage their staff and teams in Mexico. We provide every aspect of employee management, recruiting, and human resource functions to help our clients start, scale, and run their remote teams. I'm the CEO; I'm in charge of overseeing the strategy as well as making sure we are exceeding our client's expectations and that all our staff is happy and motivated.
What is the story behind starting this company?
When working as VP for one of the family businesses, I saw that many of our USA clients needed to hire big teams for their growing business but didn't have the budget, time, or talent; therefore, we got together to try to see the way to help them. They wanted to offshore their teams, but they demanded the same time zone, same culture, and high-quality motivated talent with a low turnover rate, and they didn't want to have to fly for more than 15 hours in case they needed to see their team or bring a team member to their offices. After several meetings and research, we decided that Mexico was the place to have their teams, and we went on to try to find a company that could do this for them. After a long search for the right company, we discovered that none met the demands, so we decided to help them and start our own company, Remote Team Solutions. What are your company's business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Our business model is an in-house team. We like our clients to see their staff and teams in Mexico as an extension of their current team; and all our support departments (HR, IT, and Talent Development) as their support departments in Mexico.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Quality, Customer Service, Simplicity, and Versatility. We strive to add value to all our customers; therefore, all our talent is really qualified, and our Talent Development department can further develop the talent on our client's exact needs, per their request. Our service is top-notch; we design solutions based on each of our client's needs. Our business model is simple, just one monthly payment, and we are very versatile in the positions we can recruit. We have many lead recruiters specialized in different areas; therefore, we can recruit mostly all profiles.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We cater to all industries and all sizes of business. We have 99% customer retention.

Nearshore staffing of Designers, Developers, call centers, sales, finance, and administrative positions.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer's needs and requirements?
We have 99% customer retention, and of our current customers, we have 100% satisfaction, with mostly 5 stars reviews.   We take many steps to cater to our customer needs, all our departments are customer-centric, and all our staff applies our values, including Insisting on the Highest Standards and Delivering Results and Client Value Creation. We try to be better each day and cater to every need of our customers individually to exceed their expectations.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Most of our support is done via Zoom, email, or phone.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
It is a fixed monthly payment.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Our lowest position goes for $1,450 per month, which is data entry. This is an all-inclusive rate; it includes the 45 hours per week of our staff, equipment, office space, everything to do with HR, payroll, and Staffing, and of course, the support from our different departments.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
The lowest will be$1,450 per month, and the highest around $60,000 per month.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
The purpose of Remote Team Solutions is to Contribute to the success of great companies by building their best remote teams while making our clients and their team part of the RTS Family. In 10 years we see ourselves as one of the best Staffing in the world.
