We started our journey in 2002 from a small one-room office in Georgetown DC and a 6-man tech-team in a shopping center office located in Colombo. Our main business was supporting traditional travel agencies to sell online.

Since then, Rezgateway has grown its expertise in travel technology; and to this day, continues to help small to large companies in their digital transformation.

For our customers, we are like a digital enabler; helping them jumpstart their digital initiatives. Our goal is to help traditional companies thrive and future proof their business. For us, that means helping legacy companies adopt new technology and processes to maintain their current business and grow/adopt new business models profitably. We do this by forming trustworthy customer relationships, being proactive of their needs, delivering value & being committed to their success. We grow only when we create successful customers.

Prior to Covid-19 pandemic, we were focussed on helping Travel companies embrace new technology platforms to maintain their offline and online business (web, mobile, social and API). During the first 18 years, we successfully completed over 120 enterprise level projects, grew the company to a 160-man team, offices in 5 countries and built resiliency to successfully navigate two economic recessions.

With the pandemic bringing the travel industry almost to a standstill, we pivoted and utilized our considerable expertise to help companies in the Retail, Wholesale, Distribution & Manufacturing sectors successfully embrace digital commerce capabilities. Our strategy of being industry agnostic supports our growth and has opened many opportunities for Rezgateway.

We have modernized our technology stack four times during the past 19 years and have built expertise in web, mobile & back-end system development, integration, data analytics, cyber security, cloud computing and DevSecOps.
