We pivoted our product over the last year and a half. We hired Northell in September of 2021 and worked with them over several months to completely redesign our product from the ground up. They helped take often not fully thought through feature / functionality ideas and craft those into a cohesive product. The Northell team helped us build out our user personals and map their flow through the application, they conducted user interviews with some of our clients to further help define and scope the product we are building. The quality of the work they provided for us was extremely high. They were extremely professional and very easy to work with. We were able to have regular meetings during the mornings when our schedules overlapped. We were extremely satisfied with their work. The designs were beautifully rendered to the point we felt confident using them in sales presentations to tease the future to our clients and prospects.

We engaged Northell to deliver a new eCommerce website design. We needed a responsive website that was clear and functional and a workflow that would ensure a frictionless purchase experience. Northell delivered what we wanted with exceptional skill and dedication. Even when they were faced with resourcing issues (and geo-political headwinds) they were quickly resolved and had no impact on the quality and timing of the deliverables.

We've been working with Northell on several Figma design tasks for an Android app over the course of about half a year. We've gotten great deliverables from them, and our product team are using them a lot. We worked with two designers, both competent, although the first one was particularly good, producing really impressive designs in a timely manner. Besides the actual deliverables, my favorite thing about working with the Northell Team is that it's very easy to communicate with them. There is never confusion or need to repeat things over and over. Whenever a question or new requirement comes up, they're always ready and happy to help. Really a pleasant experience that I would definitely recommend to others.
