Collaborative Experience

Working with SimplePlan was recommended to me by a friend who had a great experience in previously using them.
Having no previous experience in building a website, the SimplePlan team were very accomodating, educational and experienced in working out what needed to be accomplished.
They set out a plan and timeline and provided a consultative approach to kicking the project off.
Deliverables were met and adjustments to the brief made without any fuss.

Build a website that caters to two audiences for a new finance company

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Full in house team that were able to cater to my requirements and set off the brand its presence online.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There is not much to criticise but perhaps additional engagement on the UI would have been beneficial - or more that I understood impact of decisions on UI outcomes.

They can pay more attention to detail when making revisions (i.e. spelling/bugs).
