SkyTech Solutions was founded in September 2013 to meet the needs of organizations of all magnitudes, believing that the trend of outsourcing should not only benefit fortune 1000 companies but all businesses that aspire to become more competitive in their respective industries. Therefore, we set out to create a business model that, for the first time, made outsourcing affordable to businesses of any size, and we have successfully done just that.
Today, we provide outsourcing services from our delivery centers in Bangladesh. What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Like working with any team based in another country, there is an opportunity to improve customer communications when conducting it not in one's native language. Word choice/vocabulary/accent work, all help with the customer experience. But overall they are good at what they do.

As the CEO of SkyTech Solutions, I oversee the work process of the organization. I guide clients seeking outsourcing services & offer them solutions based on their needs. I am also responsible for overseeing and maintaining the overall integrity of the company profile. Overseeing progress and auditing each employee has been my primary goal, as I try my best to encourage and motivate each individual separately. Even though I have people taking care of the littlest details, I like to add more finesse to the workflow.
The clients we serve have been with us since the beginning. The clients we have already served have all been repetitive, coming back to us for each project with renewed contracts. We can proudly state that 90% of all our clients have been repetitive.
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal and we take strict steps to ensure this. First, we start by offering our customers a contract that covers all their needs with fair and reasonable pricing. We then proceed to hire recruits that suit the type of industry which is in line with our customers. The training process enforces firm beliefs of professionalism and a strong incentivized target system which motivates our team to provide the best results for our customers.
