Describe your project in brief
We hired SLM Software to build a custom data analytics platform tailored to our fast-scaling consumer goods business. With data spread across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, our ERP system, and customer service platforms, we needed a unified solution to understand our sales performance, campaign efficiency, and inventory health in one place. SLM developed a centralized data warehouse and built a modular analytics dashboard that pulls, transforms, and visualizes key KPIs in real time. They also implemented forecasting models using historical sales and seasonal trends to help us plan better. The platform includes dynamic filtering by product, channel, and region, anomaly detection for sudden dips or spikes, and automated email reports sent to department heads every Monday. Since rolling it out, we’ve made faster inventory decisions and optimized our ad spend across channels with better clarity.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
A few early API syncs gave us trouble, but SLM Software’s team troubleshooted and solved it quickly. Nothing that derailed the project.
