A leading software company offering a SAAS solution for invoice recognition to other businesses. The company wanted to provide a fully automated invoice recognition system to their clients to reduce manual efforts and improve accuracy.

Challenge
The challenge was to create an accurate and efficient invoice recognition system that could handle a high volume of invoices across different vendors and formats. The system needed to recognize key invoice fields such as invoice number, date, issuer, line items, total and subtotal amount, tax values, etc. The Customer also wanted to provide the flexibility to train the system differently for specific clients, as well as allow manual adjustments in case of errors.
 

Solution
To meet the client’s requirements, Softellar’s team developed a cloud-native solution that used Azure Cognitive Services, RESTful API, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and machine learning algorithms. .NET was used for the backend and React for the frontend. The solution was decomposed into microservices hosted in Service Fabric cluster and connected using Azure Service Bus, enabling scalability and flexibility.

The invoice recognition process involved uploading invoices to the system and training the system for specific vendors and invoice formats. The system used Azure Cognitive Services to extract key invoice fields, including line items, and verify the extracted data against the original invoice. In case of errors, the system allowed manual adjustments by the user.

To make recognition more accurate and allow manual adjustments OCR technologies were used, so it was possible to extract keys and values from the text manually when they’re not recognized automatically.

Commercial Capital Group LLC is a US-based company that specializes in providing real estate investing, commercial lending, rehab lending, hard money lending, construction management, and real estate investment training services to its clients. They needed a solution to manage their operations and provide a seamless experience to their clients.

Challenge
Commercial Capital Group LLC was facing the challenge of managing their operations using multiple disconnected systems, which resulted in data inconsistency and increased operational overheads. They wanted to modernize their system and migrate it to the cloud to provide a better experience to their clients and reduce operational overheads.
 

Solution
Softellar provided Commercial Capital Group LLC with enterprise application development services on Microsoft technologies stack. Our team worked closely with the client to understand their business requirements and designed a cloud-native solution that would help them manage their operations more efficiently.

We used a microservices architecture to build the solution, which allowed us to develop and deploy services that could be scaled independently. We also used Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and manage the microservices. The solution was deployed in Azure Kubernetes on Linux machines to ensure high availability and scalability of the solution.

We used Angular as the frontend technology to provide a modern and responsive user interface. The frontend was hosted in Azure CDN to ensure great performance.

Multi Radiance Medical is a leading medical device manufacturer specializing in therapeutic laser technology. With over 20 years of experience, they provide innovative solutions for pain relief, rehabilitation, and sports medicine.

Challenge
Multi Radiance Medical had been struggling with manual data collection and analysis processes. They needed a more efficient and automated system to collect both structured and unstructured data from various sources including their ERP and CRM systems. They also needed a way to extract insights from this data to make informed business decisions.
 

Solution
Softellar’s team of experts provided Multi Radiance Medical with a technology strategy and solution that would address their data management and analysis needs.

The first step was to build a scalable data warehouse that could handle both structured and unstructured data. We leveraged Azure Synapse Analytics to implement a cloud-based data management system that could integrate and process data from multiple sources.

Next, we integrated data from Multi Radiance Medical’s CRM and ERP systems into the data warehouse. This provided a unified view of their business operations, enabling them to gain deeper insights into customer behavior, sales trends, and product performance.

To make the data more accessible and useful, we developed a reporting and visualization platform using Power BI. This platform allowed Multi Radiance Medical to easily view and analyze their data, which helped them to make decisions.
