The client is a large chain of children’s goods stores with more than 5,000 products in its range. The client needed to develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android. It was necessary to combine all the components to deliver a unified and complete user experience, given the heavy load on the application.

Solution

3 months after the start of development, we released an MVP version of the application in two languages. The developed children's store application gives the opportunity to place and pay orders directly from the application, receive cashback, invite friends and track their statistics. Our team integrated the client’s ERP and CRM systems into the project so that the product brings maximum business value.

Results

One month after release: 80 000 online users, 1 000 000 downloads, 100 000+ purchases through the mobile app.

CouCouVan is a French startup that has decided to create a transportation service using an Uber-like model.

Solution

First of all, we analyzed the market and current solutions to develop the best concept and our UX/UI designer has created the layouts. As we decided that the project will be 2 separate native iOS and Android and Web mobile applications for client and driver it was necessary to create a proper backend for the whole system to ensure 24/7 working capacity and avoid synchronization. The most important stage was to test the whole system workflow under heavy loads. After QA processes apps were submitted to the Play and App stores.
