Our website has always required ongoing maintenance and improvements to better serve our customers. We hired Stairway Soft to handle both quick fixes and complex issues that required close collaboration with our technical and semi-technical team members. We worked with StairwaySoft to build our new QA team from the ground up, and the overall experience was very positive. From the start, they took the time to fully understand our requirements and expectations. Once aligned, they quickly moved forward - sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and handling scheduling with our team lead, VP HR, and myself as VP R&D. We successfully hired five QA engineers. As with any hiring process, not everything went smoothly, and two hires didn’t work out. They immediately started looking for replacements and managed the process efficiently.
