“We liked the website but it was too static and not scalable”
We asked them to make a new website for us. We are a pharmaceutical company so we needed a products page where we could add/remove products and showcase them on the website. They did make the website, but it was very slow on loading and was not easily editable. The website does not have good scalability and flexibility. Also, when we asked them why the website was slow, they blamed it on the hosting provider and asked us to upgrade our hosting package. We are hosted on GoDaddy, and after reaching their support they told me that the problem is not on the hosting front. We just let it go.
