Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.

SynergyTop, Inc is a custom technology service provider based out of the US, offering bespoke solutions to clients across the world. As the founder of the company, I have been involved in the growth of the organization since day one.

The company aims to stand apart from the flood and flurry of digital and technology service providers offering run-of-the-mill solutions. We aim to do that by carefully understanding the needs of our clients and then designing, developing, and deploying mobile apps, websites, web apps, eCommerce portals, and custom software that are personalized and in line with their goals. Our motto “Driving SynergyTop Assuring Growth” perfectly sums up what we are dedicated to – becoming an extension of our client’s tech teams and spearheading their journey towards their short and long-term goals, with technology.

What is the story behind starting this company?

I started my career in 1998 with TCS and then moved on towards a long and fruitful association with Oracle. But the entrepreneurial stride in me took over in 2014 when I wanted to stop working for others and start solving actual customer problems with a bunch of like-minded people besides me. By starting a company of my own, I wanted to ride the digitalization web and unleash the power of the web. And for the past 8 years, I have been doing just that, helping many clients along the way. Today, we are a boutique company with 50+ experts and have together delivered 250+ next-gen solutions to clients in the fields of Healthcare, Solar energy, Automobile, Construction, Education, Travel and Tourism, Retail eCommerce, and more.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

SynergyTop has a dedicated team of 50+ developers with hands-on experience and expertise in various technologies including PHP, Python, React, Angular, Node, WordPress, Magento, Shopify, and Oracle eCommerce, Digital Marketing services, and more. When a client trusts us with a job, they can rest assured that our in-house experts whom they trust are the ones doing it. We do not outsource projects or engage third-party vendors without the knowledge of our clients.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

I would not claim that SynergyTop is the only company offering the services that we do. However, what I can definitely claim is that our dedication to our work and our commitment to developing truly customized solutions are unparalleled. Whether it is a mobile app, a website, an eCommerce store, or a custom software solution, we tailor it to our client’s needs. And that is done after carefully understanding their business and budgetary needs, carrying out proper research about their audience, and then doing what’s the best.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

While we do not limit ourselves to any industry and are open to working with clients from any niche, most of our clients come from Healthcare, Solar and Renewable energy, Construction, Education, Hospitality, Automotive Travel, and Tourism sectors. As for repeat customers, a vast majority of our clients have been associated with us for long-term engagements. While our engagement usually begins with a design/development project, we go on to offer post-launch support and long-term maintenance to many clients.

Several of our clients have also availed and benefitted from our Digital Marketing services.

A few of our clients have also engaged with us for multiple projects after seeing great success the first time. A relevant example here would be our work with American hospitality Giant, Trimark.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

Our straight 5-star rating on Goodfirms and other review platforms speak volumes about our customer satisfaction rates. We also have long-term and repeat engagements with clients, which bears testimony to the fact that we take customer satisfaction extremely seriously.

To cater to our client’s unique needs and requirements we begin by understanding their business goals. We then carry out comprehensive research about their target market and our experts share insights with them. Once a plan is ready, we begin the project and follow the Agile methodology. It helps us keep our process brisk and our clients remain updated about the progress. Post project completion, we take feedback from our clients which helps us further improve our processes.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

For all projects that we take, we assign dedicated Project Coordinators. Our clients can get in touch with these project coordinators via call, text, or email. And with a quick response time, we make sure our clients’ queries are solved at the earliest. If the need arises, we also schedule client calls with our technical team to facilitate better understanding at both ends.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

We follow a milestone-based approach for billing our clients. The milestones vary based on the project timeline.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

We usually have a minimum budgetary requirement of $200.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?

We have worked with several clients with varying budgetary requirements. For the previous year (2021) our projects ranged from $5,000 to $50,000.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

SynergyTop is a fast-growing company. We are learning, growing, and progressing with each passing day. In the next 10 years, we plan to expand our team and our client base. We also aim to offer services related to new-age technologies and upcoming platforms to become a one-stop technology partner for SMBs, startups, and enterprise clients alike.
