Buyer beware! Techcrafterz do NOT deliver & can't be trusted!

I opened a business in July 2024 and was in need of a website designer since I am not tech saavy in that particular area. I started searching for designers on wix and techcrafterz reached out with a descent pricing to fit my budget and made me feel assured they could deliver what I was looking for. Well, you get what you pay for. What a sham of a company. First, in the beginning of August, they started working on developing my website, and the supposed designers are horrible. They have no vision, and their work look like a kid could have made it. I paid for the website because I needed something immediately, but then I find out they add on a "hosting" charge. The contract I signed had nothing stating hosting site included, nor did it state hosting site is an additional charge. It was like they held my website hostage I ended buying a new domain. This company provided nothing for what I paid for. No website, no domain, no hosting. I asked for refund, they flat out said NO! BEWARE!

Ashley- Designated representative/client liaison.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They don't deliver & they need better website designers with better vision. Also, they need to have a few sample designs so future customers can take a look and pick what most match their business, so they have a better understanding of what their client wants. My website look like a kids coloring book from the 80s. As a website designer, they should have better professionals that are able to take your vision to next level. What a SUCKER I was for giving them a chance.
