Ambulance ‘right of way’ is a common issue throughout the country and it directly effects lifesaving operations. ‘RastaDein’ 2017 was initiated to inculcate awareness among Pakistanis about the importance of respecting ambulance right of way with the aim of saving precious lives which get lost when ambulances don’t reach their destinations on time. This 360° IMC was also executed on Digital communication channels to spread the campaign message and to engage the public in this social cause. The overarching Push/Pull strategy was carefully implemented on the Digital side via a Microsite, Mobile Apps and Social Media platforms. Through the strategic use of Videos, GIFs and pictorial content, promoted through the available paid media budget, this 3.5-months-long campaign not only achieved but exceeded its Digital KPIs.

Miniwheels, a partner of Berg Toys Netherlands, wanted to launch their high-end kids' vehicles in Pakistan and approached us to build their E-com platform (miniwheels.com.pk) and to help them in developing their launch strategy. The biggest challenges in this project were:1. Rapid Development - The E-com platform was to be developed within a few weeks and not months 2. Local Adaptation - While keeping the Berg Toys brand essence, local adaptation of all content was to be done for Pakistan launch. We took this project as a challenge for our development team and fortunately, owing to the smart planning and day and night efforts of our team, we delivered the portal within the target timelines and up to the client's full satisfaction. The portal is now live after a successful launch all over Pakistan.

Nestle Pakistan was looking for a digital marketing partner to look after and market their Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The initiatives, under the marker of Creating Shared Value (CSV) focused on different areas where public policy could be improved. 
Our team developed a strategy for Nestle Brand by bringing all the initiatives under a single communication idea. We changed the content strategy to a video first where we able to communicate complex ideas in a simple and easy to understand format for audiences. 
In addition, we were involved in handling the company’s PR by controlling and mitigating PR crises.
