We also provide web development and digital marketing services to increase traffic and leads. What is the story behind starting this company?
Technovisors was founded to solve pain areas of SMEs. Having worked with more than 1000 SMEs in the last 22 years, I know the huge gap that exists between business requirements and the level of automation in the business. Most of the SMEs do not have documented business processes, and hence they have no idea what level of computerization can help solve their issues. We help our clients document their business requirements and help them identify the right fit solution as per their budget and requirements. We also provide digital marketing solutions where we help clients increase traffic and sales.
What are your company's business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have an in-house team to cater to the client's needs. Ours is a specialized service business wherein understanding client business is essential to align IT with business requirements. Our in-house team consists of techno-functional professionals who provide innovative solutions to our clients.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our main focus is on solving the pain points of the clients. Clients see value in our services as we implement IT solutions and automate several functions to achieve higher efficiency and cost savings. We bridge the client and their IT vendors and ensure that their IT investments provide a high ROI.

Most of our clients hail from retail, trading, professional services, and manufacturing industries. Around 70% of our customers are repeat customers.

Our customer satisfaction rate is around 97%. We have a professional team to handle the assignment. We always try to under-promise and over-deliver. We know our limitations, and accordingly, we take the projects to complete them with the utmost customer satisfaction.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Our after sales-support is world-class. We make sure that the principal consultant who worked with the client oversees the support function for the client. This ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We work on a time and material basis and invoice our clients on a monthly basis. We provide our clients with accurate timesheets and maintain complete transparency in our charging mechanism.

Our prime objective is to solve our customer's IT challenges. No matter the size of the project, if we find it challenging, we take it up and do everything to make it a success.
