Describe your project in brief
Tiksom Limited was engaged to develop a mobile app for Akme, a media and entertainment company. Their work includes enhancing the video streaming experience, upgrading the in-app payment architecture, UX design and the creation of deep links for marketing on social and other media. Tiksom Limited has successfully built key functionality for the client's app and we have had several beta events with positive user feedback. With Tiksom's work, we have seen improvement in the app's stability, resulting in better performance, higher engagement, and increased payment transactions, i.e. commercial fist steps. The team's responsiveness and communication have stood out.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Excellence in project management and overall delivery stand out, from development to testing, Q/A and deployment to app stores, Tiksom has been consistently sharp, on time and professional. The economics of our relationship have been much better that would have been possible if we managed all of out IT in-house.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
We don't really have a weakness to highlight, but we are aware that production rollout of a consumer application will have challenges that we have not, so far, had to experience in our Tiksom relationship.
