Our customers are quite satisfied with our products and professional services. We are customer-centric, and always put our customers’ needs first to envision what they want to build. We tailor our products to our customers’ specific niche and provide differentiated services, which has helped us increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. We also offer local support to customers in Southeast Asia.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Once the customer starts the project with us, we provide different packages of service support such as standard 5x8 or premium 7x24. There are also several ticket systems and e-portals for the customers to send their inquiries and issues, which serve as a help desk and direct communication channel for our customers.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We base our billing depending on the services; for example, we charge the license for a full set of features for products and annual maintenance and use Pay per Milestone for billing of deliveries.

Considering the cost of resources and complexity of projects, we recommend that customers reach us with a project size exceeding $100,000 USD.
