We contacted TWC to advise us about the Virtual Contact Centre & Fibre Internet solutions for our bookstore chain. They audited our existing infrastructure and based on our budget they followed up with a down-to-earth and scalable IT proposal. They delivered the project on time and also provided guidance and training to our personnel anytime we asked it for. Describe your project in brief

We are a small bookstore chain (two physical stores, one eCommerce store) and since our IT infrastructure was outdated we decided to get a quote from TWC. They got back to us within the same business day and guided us through the whole process. They carefully audited our current technology stack and infrastructure and they forwarded us two IT proposals. We were happy to proceed with the more expensive one since they persuaded us of their expertise and deep understanding of the industry. Eventually, TWC delivered everything on time and was and still is next to us, with excellent response times, allowing us to focus on our business.
