Jayesh developed a VoiceBot for us for an event, which welcomes the participants and assigns them to their groups. The project ran from start to finish to our complete satisfaction. V2STech Solutions offers a spectrum of software implementation services. Our core offering includes services like enterprise application development, mobile application development, User interface & User experience (UI/UX) design, Payment gateway development, and SaaS product development.

We have implemented enterprise application using technology stack that includes Java, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Hibernate, JPA, React, React Native, NodeJS, AnugularJS, Struts, JSP, Python, Django, Flask, Open CV, Dialogflow, ElasticSearch, Redis, MySQL, Adobe XD, Adobe Design suite, Google App Engine, Jenkins, AWS, Android, Swift, IONIC, Mule, PHP, JQuery, HTML,CSS, Firebase, among many others.

Our key statistics are as below

We have served more than 30 customers across India, United Kingdom, USA, and Abu Dhabi. Over 2000 man month’s project execution experience.

We aspire to be a global IT technology consulting firm born out of a passion for innovating and transforming the way business functions. We look forward to working hand-in-hand with our esteemed clientele to digitize the business process and achieve high ROI.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We have an in-house team comprises of UI/UX experts, developers, testers, business analysts, scrum master, digital marketing specialists, cloud experts. It helps us to provide a complete solution to any client.

In case any specific expertise is required, which is not available with us, and then we involve our vendors after receiving confirmation from clients.
We understand Intellectual property (IP) protection and hence outsource parts that have no impact on the client’s IP.

How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?

Our business model allows the customer to assemble or disassemble a team as per need quickly. It also allows clients to get the expertise of senior positions like UI/UX architects or software architects as per project need. We suggest and also build several proofs of concepts that can add value to client projects.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

Though we have worked for multiple industries like education, ecommerce, e-governance, e-commerce, payment solutions, utility, etc., we are industries agnostic.
80% of our business comes from the existing customer base. Most of our customers are with us for more than 3 – 4 years.

Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.

A significant factor is whether we are building an only mobile app that is the front end part or complete mobile solution, which covers the front end as well as back end.

Another factor is third party integrations as it might happen that third party services are not available as per our requirement, and customization can take some time.

All other factors other than above are controllable like resource allocation, high-speed development machines, proper requirement documentation, etc.

How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?

Back end usually takes 4 to 10 times more effort than the front end part. It comprises many modules such as user management, reporting, admin dashboard, micro services, database management, server management, application engine, third party integrations, notifications, etc.

What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?

Highly secured apps like baking apps, payment apps etc.
Media Intensive apps (Image, Video, etc.)

Which platform do you suggest your clients to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?

It depends on the client's priority. It is advisable to complete the app on one platform and then move to the other platform. It helps to hash out all functional requirements, issues, and changes on one platform, which helps in avoiding rework on other platforms.

Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?

Each platform has advantages and disadvantages. For simple form base apps, it is best to go for a Hybrid platform. For faster, complex apps, the native approach is best.
Releasing an app on Android or iOS can be decided by the client as sometimes the app will be used only for one platform.

o For small scale applications(less than 3000 dollars), we follow use combination of fixed cost and pay per milestone.
o For large scale applications (more than 3000 dollars), we usually follow pay per feature.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Mobile app projects starts from 500 dollars and above. We cater to all small and large scale applications.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?

We have handle projects from the starting range of 1000 dollars to 75000 dollars.

Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?

This is entirely dependent on client strategy. Most of our clients create SaaS-based products and work on per-user or per-transaction revenue-based model.
