The client uses QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020 for tracking income and expenses and wants VA Talks to handle it.

Workflow:
File Sharing: The client can share a .QBB file or an Excel GL export if QuickBooks isn’t available. They will remain the owner of all bookkeeping files.
Transaction Recording: Weekly Excel sheets will be sent for entry. Initially, transactions will be tagged, but over time, VA Talks will categorize them independently. Questions can be resolved via a weekly email.
Reports: VA Talks will provide weekly financial statements and update a flash report for key expenses.
