The client faced a major hurdle in scaling their development team quickly due to hiring challenges in the U.S. market. With an aggressive go-to-market timeline, they needed a reliable technology partner to accelerate product development and ensure a seamless launch.
Vakoms became an integral part of the client’s engineering organization, embedding a dedicated team of skilled developers. Initially, our engineers focused on building the web, Android, and iOS applications. Working closely with the client, we developed a custom content management system (CMS) to streamline content delivery.
The web app’s front end was built using AngularJS, ensuring a smooth user experience. The first version of the platform launched with a focus on live sports streaming, particularly soccer. With the platform’s growing success, we expanded its capabilities in the second version, introducing lifestyle channels to cater to a broader audience. The third version saw a major enhancement of the mobile applications, featuring an improved user interface and new menu options.

What started as a niche soccer streaming platform quickly evolved into a comprehensive entertainment service, offering sports, news, and lifestyle content for the entire family.
