Panchamrutha specialises in offering Healthy Grocery through the process of Rice Fortification and purest and hygienic food processing and packaging infrastructure. We were operating on a website and observed the need for app for customers use and operations.
In this stage the Sankalp team has been a very supportive and understanding technological partner for us. They've understood our business requirements and stood against the odds to complete the objectives.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I don't know if this is the industry standard but a BA is assigned to us, although they've technological understanding & connect quickly at all given times of necessity but there is lack of higher level technological understanding, which makes the communication of the requirements more time taking, creates possibility of missunderstanding the requirements and the solution needed.
