Terrible Execution

My experience with Versatile was absolutely abysmal. Because of their complete lack of execution capabilities and complete disregard for timelines, our basic e-commerce website was in limbo for nine months and we eventually had to get it done from other resources. This is despite visiting their offices five times while traveling from out of town.

What do you like most about the company?

Nothing whatsoever apart from the fact that they agree to everything and execute nothing.

What they should improve on?

Being a business in general.
