  • We did have some slight concerns about industry accreditations due to their size, but I’m sure this will come in time given how professional they are.

VirtueUK provided St Christopher’s with a 5-day vCIO Services engagement. This included an assessment of our infrastructure, together with strategic guidance covering security, IT department development and our technology roadmap.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The honest, knowledgeable and detailed approach from everyone concerned. They really do leave no stone unturned!

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We did have some slight concerns about industry accreditations due to their size, but I’m sure this will come in time given how professional they are.

Professional services have included technical and architectural specialists, technical engineers and project management.

Projects have ranged from c.£1.5m capital expenditure, though to smaller more discrete engagements.

Virtualised Infrastructure Upgrade

VirtueUK was one of three companies that submitted a quote for this project. Unlike the other two companies, VirtueUK stood out by providing us with a comprehensive proposal.

Their proposal was thorough, addressing every aspect of the project from the initial scoping phase, through to implementation, and including detailed plans for aftercare.

This level of detail and foresight demonstrated their commitment to understanding and meeting our needs, giving us confidence in their ability to deliver a successful outcome.

Describe your project in brief

We needed to replace an old an aging Dell equallogic SAN and server setup. This SAN was to support our secondary school and trust with hosting all of the services and provide the reliable and expandable infrastructure that we needed.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The comprehensive approach assured us that every aspect of the project would be managed efficiently and effectively, making them the clear choice for this project.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We didn't have the best experience with a third party who carried out a part of the implementation on behalf of VirtueUK. This was quickly addressed and put right by VirtueUK.
