The product of Cyris is an all-in-one payment processing for financial institutions, electronic money institutions (EMIs), and progressive fintech companies. The platform provides four core solutions: Card Scheme Connectivity, Acquirer’s processing, Issuer’s Processing, Clearing and Settlement, Security and Compliance.

Douglas Insights set out to turn a complex, first-of-its-kind business idea into a usable and scalable web application. End users needed to compare highly similar market research reports across multiple publishers using objective criteria such as pricing, credibility, publication date, and scope. Without a unified system, buyers faced long decision cycles and uncertainty, while publishers experienced lost opportunities and delayed revenue.

From a delivery perspective, the main challenge was translating a non-technical but highly nuanced business concept into clear product requirements without sacrificing usability or SEO performance. The platform needed to balance advanced comparison logic, content-heavy pages, and fast load times — all while being flexible enough to evolve through multiple feature iterations. Aligning timelines with ongoing refinements and ensuring the architecture could support future growth were key challenges throughout the collaboration.

Voidweb designed and built a custom, SEO-first comparison platform tailored to the needs of Douglas Insights. We delivered a scalable web application with a high-performance frontend built on Nuxt.js and a flexible headless backend powered by Strapi CMS.

The solution introduced structured comparison criteria — including pricing, publisher credibility, publication date, and report scope — allowing users to evaluate reports quickly and confidently. A clean, intuitive UX reduced cognitive load, while SEO-optimized page architecture ensured strong discoverability across search engines. The platform was designed to support both buyers and publishers, enabling custom project inquiries and direct engagement, with an extensible architecture that allowed for continuous feature iteration post-launch.

The new platform began generating sales within just a few months of launch. Established publishers adopted the system early and started using it as a primary channel to connect with buyers. By simplifying report comparison and reducing decision friction, Douglas Insights shortened sales cycles and improved conversion efficiency.

The scalable technical foundation also positioned the business for continued growth, enabling rapid feature expansion without rework. Today, Douglas Insights continues to evolve the platform with Voidweb’s ongoing support, strengthening its position as a trusted marketplace in the market research industry.
