They were very encouraging and really cared about the success of our project.

They were extremely communicative, responsive, and professional. I could not recommend them enough. We met at the beginning of each week to discuss what was being worked on that week and address any obstacles/decisions. After each meeting, they provided a summary with notes and a recording of what was discussed. Additionally, at the end of each week, they provided a detailed summary of what had been completed, issues they encountered, and solutions implemented. They were tasked to convert provided UX/UI Designs into code/a working app. The developed the server-side of the mobile application including designing/implementing APIs, creating and managing databases, and ensuring scalability and security. Received updates almost daily on what specific functions/pages they were developing. It was easy to track the timeline of the project and they were very communicative with any problems encountered and corresponding solutions being implemented. They involved me with every decision big or small. The app came out on time and exactly as discussed since there were frequent updates and collaborative conversations about the end goal.

The development has been quite stable, and we haven’t had many issues or much downtime. The quality of their service was at stake and it was also difficult to manage discrete resources. Wearebrain has developed The Document and Request Management System, an intranet web application, based on SharePoint Server. The Document and Request Management system handles workflow in HR, Document library, Request handling and Event or Appointment Management. Wearebrain delivered excellent work

Wearebrain has saved us a lot of time. In one year since we switched from the old site to the new site, our product revenue has grown by 60%–70%. We’re also a lot more efficient. Before working with Wearebrain, it took us around a month and a half to fix a bug, while Wearebrain fixes them in less than 24 hours. I've worked with other agencies, and, in comparison, wearebrain is very organized, and they always get back to us right away. For example, I needed statistics on how many users were using a feature on the site, so I reached out to wearebrain. This was the first time I asked for these specific metrics, and wearebrain gave the full metrics. They do their best to go above and beyond. wearebrain delivers work on time and within budget. I’m most impressed by Wearebrain proficiency, attention to detail, and level of skill

Wearebrain writes transaction processing services for us and creates user interfaces for our customers. Our processing platform is in Microsoft Azure, and our end-user application runs in web browsers. They've taken over a preexisting product line, which primarily involves maintenance work but also a fair amount of new development. Some of Wearebrain teammates are heavily engaged in research for our next-generation applications.
Features developed by Wearebrain include a lot of reporting features, which allow our customers to analyze the feedback that they’re receiving from their patients and identify areas that are performing well or not performing well. Customers can evaluate particular doctors, locations, and departments.

Usually "you get what you pay for", but in wearebrain case, we've found that we've been able to get excellent quality and support at an incredibly low cost. WeAreBrain was an incredible development partner. They were extremely organized and meticulous in their project management. They were excellent problem solvers; they repurposed their previous professional experience to our project when confronted with challenges in our development process. They were quite timely and productive overall.
As our particular project involved collaborating with multiple third-party software companies, our biggest obstacles appeared when coordinating complex interfaces between various applications. This ended up delaying our launch significantly, however, this was not entirely on WeAreBrain and often a result of our dependency on other partners.

Describe your project in brief

Our objective was to build a destination app for the cultural hub of Mountain Village, Colorado. Its stated purpose was to serve as a digital guidebook to Mountain Village and vehicle for promoting its businesses, amenities, events, resources and lifestyle. Our intention behind the project was to educate, involve and entertain residents and tourists alike about Mountain Village.
We wanted to make enjoying all Mountain Village amenities and experiences as easy, convenient, and memorable as possible in an effort to facilitate the long term economic and cultural vitality of our town. The Mountain Village App was created to achieve this end.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

We appreciated WeAreBrain’ practiced approach to development. They were able to smoothly coordinate expectations between multiple teams to track deliverables in a clear & organized manner. They utilized several project management softwares, including Basecamp, Slack and Jira, which made the entire process far more seamless and transparent. We were also grateful for their integrity in honoring commitments made to us as we progressed through all stages of our project’s development.
