Carrefour UAE, is a multi-layered organization with their malls spread across middle east countries. Communication between organization hierarchy was an enormous effort as most of them do not use mail. Using third party services was a huge security risk to them.

We created an application designed exclusively for hypermarket chain by providing a platform for Internal Communication such as broadcasts, sharing videos/ ideas and other information. We also added exchanging text messages, photos and videos among the employees. A feature was enabled wherein it serves as a platform for employee feedback collection, taking surveys and other useful information regarding the vacancies and employee benefits. We also enabled a happiness meter which tracks the mood of the employees on a daily basis.

Onext wanted to build a loyalty platform for numerous independent retail shops. They wanted to bring in a solution to make a buyer visit their shop again through rewarding system as a percentage of their purchase.

We designed a comprehensive loyalty solution with customer-centric approach. An algorithm for Unique Identity was established and stored in cloud database. The platform identifies and rewards different segments of customers in real-time. It integrates all consumer channels and elevates rewards experience across touch points with an Omni-channel approach.

The system provides a simple yet powerful platform that functions as an extensive e-commerce-based reward catalog. It provides full customer data and analyzed sales statistics to make sure platform is always up-to-date with the performance of loyalty programs. We added promotions calendar which provides a complete overview of all active programs and campaigns. It can set automatic initiation of programs. Personalized reward offers can be created. It enables to organize customer data efficiently using a simple & intuitive interface.

Dufa is India’s creative marketplace .Their requirement was to empower local artists by providing them a platform to continue doing what they are good at and making their talent earn for them by simplifying the process of selling online. Simple and Easy Platform for their customers, who want something unique but have no access to the talented sellers.

REQUIREMENT

Eatstreet,USA approached us to bring all their stake holders under one roof. Eatstreet is a major food tech industry which runs multiple foodtrucks across cities. They wanted to manage their customers and food trucks seamlessly. They were running their operations offline and wanted to systemize through technology.

THE OUTCOME

A fun loving interactive ERP application

We created an application designed with multiple stakeholders – management, food truck associates and their customers in mind. This application made finding the food trucks faster and ordering food from the trucks easier. Customers can view food trucks closest to them and order from their menu without the hassle of searching for the trucks. Food trucks can transmit their location to get more customers and customize their wait times. A virtual casino box was enabled for lucky offers. Management informed that their business grew by 3x times the same year of implementation.

Carl Zeiss is a known brand world over for best quality lens. They initiated a programme along with Government of Germany to connect millions of people who are in need of eye care but are forced to get by without a pair of glasses because they live in a developing or emerging country with limited access to eye care. They were looking for a complete end-to-end ERP solution for this department.

Websigma took up this challenge in piloting the project catering to rural India. We created an application designed exclusively for this global department of Carl Zeiss. Platform was designed with research on Eye testing camps in rural India. Complete E-Commerce chain was established along with Inventory Management and Order Management System. The application was enabled with offline features to cater to low internet connectivity areas. It can be used in various eye testing camps with features to enable checks at each stage of testing.
