Websigma Global Technology Solutions is a client-centric software development company believing in a structured process. I oversee the overall strategic and operational responsibility of the company.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Our story began in 2014. Back then we were just a bunch of engineers who got together to prove that nascent start-ups need not compromise on technology to bring their ideas to life. Since then, we have grown to deliver high-quality products for clients ranging from newborn start-ups to mid-level companies to Fortune 500 Companies.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a one hundred percent in-house team. From Design to Building to Implementing, everything is in-house.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?

More number of Clients approach us for customized software solutions. During Covid lockdown, we have seen more client requests in the eCommerce category as we are industry experts in the field.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
As mentioned, most of our business is through referral of existing clients or clients who have been happy with our work. Therefore, we give utmost importance to client satisfaction.

Our Approach is to delight our clients through quality, performance, and innovation by employing the best and delivering technical wisdom for a complete collaborative business experience.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have defined a support system with a pre-defined turn-around time. We have an escalation system. Queries that take a response time above T+1 day auto escalate to the specific project manager.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We usually follow pay per milestone as per sprints in agile planning. In few cases, we do incorporate the client’s payment style,

As mentioned before, our company is categorized into 3 sectors – App Development, Enterprise Development, and AI. So we cater to all categories from nascent start-ups to mid-level companies to fortune 500 companies.

Carrefour UAE, is a multi-layered organization with their malls spread across middle east countries. Communication between organization hierarchy was an enormous effort as most of them do not use mail. Using third party services was a huge security risk to them.

We created an application designed exclusively for hypermarket chain by providing a platform for Internal Communication such as broadcasts, sharing videos/ ideas and other information. We also added exchanging text messages, photos and videos among the employees. A feature was enabled wherein it serves as a platform for employee feedback collection, taking surveys and other useful information regarding the vacancies and employee benefits. We also enabled a happiness meter which tracks the mood of the employees on a daily basis.

We created an application designed with multiple stakeholders – management, food truck associates and their customers in mind. This application made finding the food trucks faster and ordering food from the trucks easier. Customers can view food trucks closest to them and order from their menu without the hassle of searching for the trucks. Food trucks can transmit their location to get more customers and customize their wait times. A virtual casino box was enabled for lucky offers. Management informed that their business grew by 3x times the same year of implementation.

Platform was designed with research on Eye testing camps in rural India. Complete E-Commerce chain was established along with Inventory Management and Order Management System. The application was enabled with offline features to cater to low internet connectivity areas. It can be used in various eye testing camps with features to enable checks at each stage of testing.
