What is the story behind starting this company?

With our foundation laid in the year 2006, we started our path with a very small team of three as a Web & mobile application development as well as digital marketing firm which we later on expanded to a World-class Software Solutioning and Consulting company for start-ups and enterprises across 19 major countries.

We have been supporting the clients leveling out the tech demand by supplying remarkably talented resources. Now, Wildnet is a leading Custom Software Product Engineering and Top-level Paid Search and Paid Social Services Company catering to all major industry needs.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We are a combination of in-house as well as third-party vendors based on the client's requirements.

We have an in-house team of 350+ software development professionals and certified PPC and Social media experts. Our tech team includes experts of DevOps, Full stack Web developers, Hybrid and Native Mobile app developers, React Native, front-end and back-end developers, designers, Business analysts, Testers & Quality analysts, and more.

Our specialized experts take care of each phase of the SDLC – right from the ideation to implementation and support; we take care of end-to-end development. We cater as third-party vendors to global digital marketing agencies as well as Should the need arise, we engage external domain experts/tech consultants as per the project requirements.

We are a Microsoft partner company, the major technologies we cater to are .NET, MVC framework, Mobile app technologies - iOS, Android, Xamarin, Cordova, React Native, Web technologies as Python, Django, FastAPI, PHP frameworks, MEAN Stack, JavaScript, Vue.js, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence, Databases like My SQL, Salesforce and Mongo DB, and many more.

We are also the Google certified digital marketing firm offering Paid search, Social media management, Programmatic ads, and much more in the digital space.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

We try to turn over every stone to meet the needs of our clients by offering a dedicated team of resources and maintaining transparency at all levels this is why more than 90% of our clients are satisfied with our services. Our clients appreciate how closely we work with them and that we are transparent about all the work we do.

Leveraging the most up-to-date technologies and following the organization’s best practices we ensure the successful completion of projects at all levels. Our core values, including competence, courtesy, credibility, reliability, and responsiveness, our commitment to doing business ethically, legally is the foundation of our company’s culture.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

After completion of a project, we offer a minimum of one month of free UAT and Support. Post which our team is always available to help the clients with the technical guidance or any change request they have. We also provide software training to the client before the delivery.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

We generally offer two different payment models "Pay as you go (Dedicated Resource)" and "Fixed cost". We suggest a fixed cost payment structure and a predefined timeline only and only if the scope of the project is clear-cut and an amount is paid at each defined milestone.

Pay as you go allows the client to hire a dedicated team that works on a day-to-day basis and we charge a defined amount at the end of each month or they can hire an expert for a block of hours and pay accordingly.

If in case these pricing models don't suit the clients we are flexible enough in terms of payment structure and are open to work in a way that suits both parties well.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

We work with small start-up initiatives that have the potential to grow into a far bigger opportunity as well as the enterprises which are looking for customization and maintenance of their product hence budget isn’t the only factor we consider when we discuss a new opportunity with any prospect.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?

Our projects ranged between 10K USD to 200K USD.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

Leading in the Enterprise Mobility space is what I see the company be in the Information Technology domain. I also foresee Wildnet Technologies as a top-notch digital execution partner for major global partner agencies.
