Wix Engine

Wix Engine is a web design and development agency that builds websites, web apps, SaaS products and AI solutions. We started in 2014 as a one-person Wix practice founded by Usama Mehmood. Today the company is led by Sohaib Mehmood (Owner & CEO) and Usama Mehmood (Co-owner & CEO), with a team of 20 designers, developers and marketers across our head office in Texas, USA and our development office in Lahore, Pakistan.

Wix is where we started, and still our specialty. We're a Wix Legend Partner, the highest tier of the Wix Partner Program, and Wix Studio has certified us at Expert level in both development and web design. We design and build Wix Studio sites, write custom Velo code (API integrations, member portals, booking systems, payment providers, calculators and dashboards), migrate sites from the Classic Editor to Wix Studio, and build Wix Headless front ends with Next.js.

Beyond Wix, we pick the platform that fits the job: Next.js and React for fast custom sites and web apps, WordPress and WooCommerce, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, Squarespace and Bubble. We also build SaaS products and dashboards, mobile apps, AI chatbots and agents, and AI automation, and we run SEO, AI search optimization, and Google, Meta and TikTok ads.

Selected work: an editorial website for Lightspeed Venture Partners, a conversion-focused Next.js store for Purely Solutions, a lifestyle platform for AGOBAY, a vacation-rental booking platform with an owner portal for The House Kee, a Wix Studio lead-generation site for MDoors, a Classic-to-Studio migration and AI chatbot for Sharon Homes, and custom AI chatbots for Canada Medical Notes and US Medical Notes.

How we work: a free 30-minute call, a detailed proposal within 24 hours, fixed prices where possible, one point of contact, weekly updates, and NDAs on request. Our Texas and Lahore teams cover US and UK business hours.

Clients rate us 5.0 on Upwork from 400+ reviews (Top Rated) and 4.9 on Fiverr from 500+ reviews.
