SCOPE:

- Facilitated migrating their entire website system to AWS, streamlining infrastructure costs.

- Created CI/CD pipelines for different working environments.

- Deployed and developed a new website for their Wallet on the Contentful platform transitioning from WordPress.

- Transitioned other customer websites from AWS to the Contentful Platform, revamping interface systems and management backend entirely.

- Maintain and fix issues for client’s browser-based wallets.

- Enhanced content structure and SEO, resulting in $60,000 in infrastructure cost savings for customers.

- Providing comprehensive support for website development, migration, redesign, maintenance, integration, and optimization for customers' marketing websites (web 2) and other Growth initiatives.

We are currently collaborating closely with them to develop their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system from the ground up using Bitrix24, with the aim of optimizing both sales and operational functions to ensure peak performance.

SCOPE

- Develop a CRM from the ground up utilizing Bitrix24.

- Enable the flow of information into CRM from multiple channels: Sales, Marketing, and BD.

- Integrate with other in-house solutions like Social Listening for contract management

- Integrate CRM Data with Google Big Query and Google Looker Studio to develop different Analytics Dashboards for BI.
