Review Summary

We Easy People Search used Calendly for the last six months on a daily basis. It offers a free version to get you started with the program and familiarize yourself with the settings. It's compatible with Google Calendar and provides various meeting options for booking. For situations where you need to sync your Calendly with an employer's Calendly, there needs to be more depth. Multi-user scheduling appears to be less intuitive than I had hoped.

Review Summary

I at my company - Lekhak have been a Calendly user since 2016 & in the last 5 years, there has never been a need to switch to any other scheduling software. The best aspect of Calendly is the feature to assign specific meeting hours availability for months in advance. I can share the meeting calendar link to a prospective client or a vendor, and they can choose a meeting hour as per their time zones, which is by far the best feature as one doesn't need to check and reconfirm which time zone one is operating in. I use their Pro version, and with it, I can do group meetings as well. It is a secure and reliable platform, easily accessible, and modifiable. Automatic reminders are set out and I can manage or monitor my schedule weeks in advance. You get access to various metrics and reporting tools to track productive hours and meeting dropouts. One con of Calendly would be that it lags sometimes during a live meeting but I guess, it can happen with any software.

Review Summary

We at Pixelstorm use Calendly for our internal systems and for clients we proposed Acuity or Calendly.

Calendly is easy to setup and low cost. It's such a user friendly interface, works really well with Google Calendar and other calendar systems. The price point is low and allows for many different calendars. Customisation is easy as each calendar can have certain time lengths (ie: 15 mins or 30 minutes) and block out windows of time.

A feature we love is the auto time zone changer. So if you are working with clients on the other side of the globe

Cons are the sophistication when compared to Acuity for things like ecommerce and other clients. For us, it's perfect

Review Summary

We at Best Wines Online use Calendly. We have tried a couple of others, but they didn't work for us. We like it because it allows us to select the right number of meetings that we need to schedule at a given time.

The one thing that I don’t like about Calendly is how it can be a bit overwhelming when you want to shift something around on the calendar. This is not a problem if you are using it for personal scheduling, but as a business owner I sometimes have to schedule dozens of meetings at one time. And when you have too many meetings to schedule at one time, it is much harder to make an edit or change with Calendly.

However, this is a small issue compared to how valuable Calendly has been for our business and overall company growth.

Highly recommended for any business type especially those on a tight budget.

Review Summary

We at Joy Edmonds Consulting use Calendly which offers easy implementation, a free option (for basic features), calendar syncing to prevent scheduling conflicts, and Zoom integration for virtual meetings. Scheduled meetings show up on the synced calendar of your choice with the zoom link so you're ready to go. And if you're interested in supporting businesses owned by minorities, Calendly's is owned by a person of color.

The only con is that you can only schedule one meeting type with the free plan. So if, for example, you need to schedule 15 minute consultations in addition to 60 minute meetings you'd have to opt for a paid plan.

Review Summary

I've tried a few appointment schedulers at Awokenet, my favorite is Calendly.

Best feature- you can set your calendar so that when people book an appointment, it automatically schedules a session (you can choose from different conferencing apps, Zoom, Skype, etc.), and sends an invite to both you and the guest.

You can also integrate it to your Google or Outlook calendar so that booked appointments are already scheduled.

One con- it's not fully integrated to Google calendar. If I schedule something in Google Calendar, I have to remember to make the same entry on my Calendly scheduler. It's a bit of a hassle, hope that's a feature the Calendly folks can include eventually.

Best software that even merge with other Calendars.

Review Summary

My company uses Calendly and I'd like to highlight a few top features of the app:

The app shows the name of invited members and their corresponding schedule which helps to avoid the hustle of going back and forth, conflicting time tables for meeting scheduling.

The app provides the invited member the opportunity to schedule and pick a time that suits their availability.

The ability to merge Calendly with other calendars for more accurate scheduling.

Cons:

Difficulty in having visibility of how many people clicked the link to schedule a meeting and actually got through.

The app would occasionally crash and run extremely slow.

Difficulty in navigating through the settings as they are hidden in other sub-sections.

Calendly has all of the settings and configurations you might need.

Review Summary

The scheduling software used by our company Cocosign is Calendly which is a powerful yet simple automated scheduling tool.

Calendly makes meeting scheduling simpler, cutting down a 6 or 7 email affair to a 1 or 0 email affair. It allows people to simply send a URL to their clients who can book a time when both are available, ask the questions wanted, and gather all the relevant contact information without getting lost in the shuffle.

However, it is difficult to assess the number of people who have clicked your link to schedule an appointment but never actually confirmed and followed through on the app. Therefore you might need to send out a confirmation letter again one day ahead of the meeting yourself to make sure your time can be better planned.

We at AirMason use Calendly, and it is a free appointment scheduling software. It is suitable for organizations with many appointments, and team members can customize their availability based on preference.

Pros:

Sleek design - clients are shown empty slots, and the booking page can be embedded in the website

Appointments for group bookings, demos, etc. with video call integration for the paid version

Two-way sync with Outlook, Office 365, Google calendar, and iCloud

Cons:

Only one appointment type for the free version

No text updates and online payment options for the free version

Calendly branding is visible on the software page.

Review Summary

Being the CEO of GadgetReview, I would recommend Calendly as a solid scheduling tool for businesses that can't afford something with a high price point but still need to integrate their scheduling into Google Calendar, Zoom, etc..

The main pros are that it's cost-effective, easy-to-use, and has over 700 integrations with other, commonly-used apps. It's fantastic for any type of small business and allows you to schedule everything from webinars to interviews with ease. I would say the main con is that it's difficult to scale. You'll end up paying a lot more than other software since it's charged per individual with no current discounts for large businesses.

Overall, however, I'd say that you won't have to pay a lot to use right out of the box with Calendly.
