The software is very easy to manage and support from an IT Management perspective.
One of the better systems that I have had the privilege to administer in 30+ years in IT
One of the best things about the software is the support team, they are on top of getting taken care of as fast as possible!!!

This is not my first experience with software like this and the last 3 systems were very difficult to administer., DCDial is not difficult at all...

Awesome Service, I am HAPPY
Review Summary
When I started using DCDial, I was interested specifically in the SMS campaigns because we send appointment reminders to our clients daily. I was super excited when I learned about the additional functionality of their SMS campaigns, particularly including a payment link in the SMS. Our clients are extremely happy now because there is no need to call us every time they want to make a payment: now they can do that on their own whenever.

Nice user experience
Review Summary
Easy to use, got way more productive results than I initially expected. There was small learning curve initially, but once I got a hang of it I really liked how user friendly and intuitive the system was.
