Freshservice allows us to track both the IT and Non- IT assets and It is the best choice

The asset tracking software that I use for my agency The Blueprints is Freshservice. It lets us track both the IT and Non- IT assets like contracts, hardware, software, etc. It has features for auto-discovery of new resources, powerful configuration management, and enhanced impact analysis. To date, we have not faced any issues with the software.
