HelpSpot is a completely web-based help desk platform for all businesses which has a ticketing system based on emails and calls.

Awesome tool!! great features and fantastic stuff. I am using it and it doesn’t have any lagging issues. I just love working on it. I find it very helpful in my business. This is so easy to use that anyone can use it hassle-free, fast, and conveniently.
