Issuetrak is basic tracking software that can be configured as per need for users to submit help desk issues.
Excellent tool !! It has all the features to use and the feature I liked the most is service level agreement management. Helps me a lot in doing my work and I think it is sufficient for any business. Overall, this solution is very functional in a minimalist design.
