I installed it a couple of days ago and I like it well enough so far. I really enjoyed this software; it helps us schedule the repeated days. Its simplicity and all the amazing features like customizable booking forms and resource management, streamline the scheduling workflow, boosting productivity.
Midas is instrumental in managing and tracking the status of customer service concerns, providing a comprehensive solution. The user-friendly interface stands out as a major positive. Navigating through Midas is a breeze, making it accessible to all team members.

This feature is incredibly helpful in planning and prevents last-minute hassles. The user interface is designed for quick and easy access, especially for those working within the company or remotely.

What Users Like The Least

It's great but I believe some more features will make it super useful.
The primary downside is the challenge of accessing Midas remotely. This limitation affects our ability to utilize the platform outside of the office. If we had to pick a minor dislike, it would be the color scheme. However, this is a subjective preference and doesn't impact the overall functionality.
Compared to other booking software, Midas might be a bit time-consuming due to its attention to detail. However, the trade-off is a more comprehensive and accurate event planning process.
