We have a strong appreciation for Pike13 as they provide all the essential tools for effective operations

The impressive ease of use and reliability are noteworthy! However, my absolute favorite aspect is the staff app. With it, I can handle almost every task, allowing me to work flexibly from any location and at any time. From managing payroll to creating packages or plans, the app covers it all. Unlike many apps with limited functionality, this software is nearly as comprehensive as the desktop version. What stands out about the company is their continuous commitment to improvement. We've been loyal users for many years, and they consistently add features I hadn't even considered needing. The capability to access and edit our program and member information from any location while on the move is a valuable tool. The standout feature of the software is their prompt responsiveness and excellent customer service.

What do you like the least about Pike13?

Understanding the reporting can be a bit challenging for me, but I hesitate to label it as a complaint. It took some effort for me to come up with an answer to this question.

Pike13 is a perfect scheduling software for all my needs.

By far the best scheduling software for me and I really like the convenience of this, I have been with this software since the pandemic. Recently tech support has reached out to me to help implement new features in the software to help me focus on my business instead of booking and other stuff. I am beyond satisfied with the software and eagerness of their team to help their clients grow our business. I set this up in less than 1 hour and tried it to see how it would work.

It offers all the customizations, and features for scheduling. I actually use this software to book customer appointments myself and don’t give access to the calendar to keep a handle on my own time. Great customer service and really easy to use.

What do you like the least about Pike13?

No issues are there, it is working well for me.
