The tool is expandable to be honest, It provides integration with tools of Google (Drive) as well as Microsoft (One Drive). So we can work as per the requirements of the customer. The User Experience is pretty much Simple to learn and once you have a hands on experience, it makes you save lots of your time. The ideas can be broken down into step-by-step tasks, and you can add team members, beginning and deadlines, labels, summaries, remarks, and more to each task.

Pros :
  • If you're familiar with other PMS you’ll easily be able to grasp the tools functions.
  • Mobile device applications are available (Great aspect to consider.)
  • Only important and necessary features are on the first page so, you won’t feel flooded with features themselves.
Cons :
  • Pricing model is a little bit costly for a small sized business.
  • For a new user it can be a little tricky to use the tool, maybe they should make a visual tour of the tool.
