Great product!
MS Teams is a Life Saver!!
Easy to use
We are a completely remote company (Prime Plus Mortgages) and we use Skype for business.
Pro - easy to use and to connect with new people, perfect for quick messages- can glitch and not be very reliable especially for videos.
We are a completely remote company so having the right tools and software is essential to getting the most out of our employees and to be productive. We have tested many different remote software and know that for fast communication or quick calls skype is perfect for quick messaging, while other tools like Trello make it easy to see what the status is of everyone's project without Mirco-managing!
I love Skype because of its affordable price
I am Jeremy Harrison and run a blog called Hustle Life, which is a resource I created for people looking to find their perfect side hustle. I started the blog because, over the past five years, I have experimented with many different businesses with various degrees of success, and I wanted to help others find the right second job for them.
For video conferencing, I use Skype because it can be used for business conferencing for up to 250 people. It is compatible with MS Office and can be integrated with many business apps. Aside from this, it's incredibly flexible in terms of pricing. It is considered to be the most inexpensive provider of VoIP services. It also has a lot of different communications channels that boost productivity, encourages collaboration, and invites ideas and innovations. I love Skype because of its affordable price. Who would want more for a bargain price like this!
it’s intuitive, it’s loud, it’s reliable
At Internet Advisor, we are using Skype. Its advantage is its familiarity and user-friendly interface. We all know how to use it, it’s intuitive, it’s loud, it’s reliable, and it allows you to write and send files, and everything else we need to do, so I see no reason to switch. The only thing that irritates me is that it needs to be updated very often and it’s not always properly coordinated between computer and phone, if you’re using both.

Main communication tool across our teammates
John here from Elinz, an online electronics store based in AU. Even before the pandemic, we've been using Skype as our main communication tool across our teammates, and we've been effective in keeping operational and productive.
Pros: Skype is very responsive and has a host of features. Should we need to contact other organizations, we're able to do so with just a few credits.
Cons: For older machines, Skype can be a little harder to run. It needs a bit of RAM to work properly. Modern machines shouldn't have any issues running it.
