We Gadget Review use UpKeep for asset management. I think it's a well-rounded CMMS. It works on multiple platforms, something I appreciate since I often use a tablet for work. It's fairly easy to use though you can get lost in spreadsheet management if you let yourself. I do have people on my team who think it's just Greek and incomprehensible to them. The notifications are probably the feature that's helped me most. I can track assets and be instantly notified of increases or decreases. I can also schedule preventative tasks to ensure assets don't decrease too swiftly.
