At FindPeopleFirst, we are subscribed to Zendesk CRM. It is a must-have tool for our sales teams requiring coordination to guarantee everything functions smoothly. As a team-oriented CRM, this one is ideal for fostering collaboration in our workplace. In addition to social media and websites, Zendesk makes it simple to provide customer service via all of these mediums. This CRM software's most robust feature is its integration with other apps, including Salesforce and Google Analytics.

However, Many 3rd-party integrations make Zendesk CRM software more expensive, which may be one of its most significant drawbacks. We have been using Zendesk for about a year and a half now. It is a part of our daily usage since we don’t have any other software for tracking what our customers have been up to.
