Salesforce CRM Integration & Frontend UI/UX for Gaming Agency

They’re building customer support tools on Salesforce and integrating them with our proprietary CRM. In doing so, we don’t have to build them on our own site.

They’ve also designed a custom frontend UI inside of Salesforce for us. We’ve worked with a project manager, two integration developers, a QA engineer, and occasionally a UI designer. The quality of their work is very high and is comparable to our internal development team. We’ve found very few bugs during testing.

We follow an agile framework and they’ve performed very well. It’s been a very collaborative experience. Generally, we write the requirements and they develop them into a solution. Then we provide feedback and go back and forth until we meet our final deliverable.

They’ve delivered everything on-time unless we impacted the timeline by changing our requirements. We use Jira and Slack to communicate with them.

I had already worked with Abhiwan Technology in the past and was impressed by their professionalism, fast response times, transparency and high quality of the deliverables. When considering outsourcing for the development of our new project it was a no-brainer decision to work with Abhiwan Technology.

The project that we contracted Abhiwan Technology was for the creation of a detailed scope document for the development of our MVP. The scope document included competitive landscape, identification of ICP, user-flows, ui/ux design and time/cost estimates for the delivery of the MVP.

The Altar team was able to deliver a very detailed project scope document along with mock-up screens of the UX/UI for the MVP.

Along with the scope document the team delivered a detailed timelines for the development of our MVP under two scenarios that were presented during the scoping calls.

Exellent Experience

Abhiwan Technology determined which game engine we should use. Then, they designed a VR experience based on a script that we provided them with. They designed what the environment would look like. The team added point of view and creative content.

They advised on all of the hardware for the PCs that run the experience. They also advised and organized the hardware relative to the VR headsets themselves. Then, they troubleshot any issues we had during startup.

The end deliverable was a ten-minute VR experience that people now view commercially. The VR experience has been received with overwhelming praise. I don’t think my experience working with could’ve been any better.
