Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?
Aciety is a platform of software service and product companies. We match clients
Globally with 12 hundred software service and 4 hundred product companies.
Clients are Global, all suppliers are from Europe. Our main service to clients is matchmaking. With each client we first have an hour consultation to understand their problem and to shape possible options for solving it. If we see that the client does not need unique IP, we propose products that can work out of the box (usually SaaS); products with some integration or customization work to fit particular case; or in rarer cases – entirely custom solutions, if there is no product with appropriate IP rights for the client.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
To optimize and improve on the software service and product outsourcing market. With years of experience in project management even before starting Aciety, our team has identified quite a lot of imperfections we strive to improve upon and we can proudly say we’re doing a good job in that regard. For example, we have a significantly higher success rate of project completion and client satisfaction if compared to most major players in the market.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?
We outsource most tasks; however, we do perform critical operations in house.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
Due to our innovation, the unique software coupon – TAP, we have a means to ensure that the client pays 70% and the provider still receives 100%. This is possible due to reverse factoring nature of the coupon. This ensures that any member of Aciety platform can have a higher profit margin than those outside while remaining more competitive than the rest of the market.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?
Due to the size of our network, we can provide services and products to any industry, however we do have a specialized approach for each of them to ensure efficiency.

The scope of what client wants will be the deciding factor in terms of how much it will take to develop the software and how much will it cost.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of software?
Aciety doesn’t develop any software by itself, however we can choose a company to our client, that will fit their needs. Whether it’s quick, well done and expensive or a best deal for the price type of offer, we have companies that do either of those.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right framework for developing software?
Software might or might not need to be compatible with whatever the client is already using, it depends on whether it’s just an addon, expanding the existing system the client has or if it’s a completely new system aimed at replacing the old one.
Which languages & frameworks do you prefer to use in development of software?
Aciety doesn’t advocate for any languages or frameworks, we have representatives for the vast majority of them.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of software?
Scope, how fast it needs to be launched, how much integration and custom work will be required.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
