GCC Marketing developed our website and over the passage of 6 months GCC Marketing was able to increase website traffic by 5X. We started getting more leads. By the end of 6th month our website was generating 300+ leads compared to our start at only 40 leads a month. As CEO of GCC Marketing, I make sure that the company is strategically moving towards the right direction in terms of service delivery to our clients while creating value for all stakeholders including employees, investors, government, and of course to our clients.

Since 2014 we implemented GREEN POLICY to make sure we are giving back to society and leaving the planet better than we found it. We also, help deserving individuals to attain valuable skills through our CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLICY by providing an opportunity to work with us and get trained.
What is the story behind starting this company?
GCC Marketing’s true motive is to create value for others while making sure a win-win situation for all. In 2009, at the time of the market crash, GCC Marketing was founded with the aim to help the struggling Dubai-based businesses get more online visibility and ultimately getting more customers.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a team of 55 professionals and each one of us is best at what he does. Over the passage of time, the market has evolved and so does our business model. We have a great in-house team along with delivery centers spanned across India, Pakistan & Egypt. The model helps us to provide the best services at competitive prices while making sure we bring our best to the market.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our Unique Selling Proposition / USP is providing bespoke and tailor-made customized services to our clients. We purely focus on quality and quality alone. Our direction is very clear to us, and if there is a situation where a client’s budget is so low that we cannot provide the quality, we simply leave the deal on the table for the sake of our goodwill.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Being a premium digital agency, Over the years GCC Marketing has learned what works for our customers and what can we do to make them happy. We use our own project management and design management systems where customers are given access and can communicate directly to our team without the hassle of sending emails and laborious phone calls.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
In the digital landscape, each client is different from the other and so does the nature and range of the required services. Our billing is project-based but we give a price breakdown to make sure that the customers understand what they are paying for. We work on a milestones basis and the payments are obviously released upon successful delivery of the milestone. Each project is delivered as per the timeline agreed with the clients and we make sure both parties follow the written signed agreement.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
You will be amazed to know that budget is not the only thing we consider about a client to be taken onboard. The process takes many factors into account like job suitability, customer’s history, whether we can deliver the job successfully, timeline, complexity, and of course minimum budget requirements. Our minimum project starts for website design is from AED 15,000 apart from subscription-based services or monthly packages on recurring basis.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
We have serviced a wide range of clients ranging from different industries and sectors and who are at different stages of their journey. Since you have asked for the number, I can safely say that it ranges from AED 15,000 to AED1,000,000.

Due to Covid-19, the need for digital services is greater than ever. It has pushed humans to think out of the box and create better ways to interact through technology.
