Describe your project in brief
We were in search of a custom-built CRM system to fit our business services company — something more flexible than the off-the-shelf solutions available. HatchTechs UK was tasked with creating, building and integrating a CRM system to handle leads.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Their team's capacity to develop a CRM that fit our real workflow and didn't force us to change or adapt to a standard one.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There were a few small bugs after release, but they fix them fast on the first update round.
