A QA Partnership That Transformed Our Engineering Culture

We partnered with LITSLINK to kick-start our QA department at AIHR. Tatiana, a QA specialist provided by LITSLINK, worked with us for over a year and became a crucial part of our engineering team. Before this collaboration, we had no formal QA process, just ad hoc testing. Tatiana changed that completely.

She introduced structure, consistency, and automation. She built over 150 end-to-end tests using Datadog Synthetic Monitoring and seamlessly connected them to our CI/CD pipelines, significantly improving our quality gates. Her attention to detail, reliability, and proactive mindset helped us identify and fix bugs before they reached our users. Tatiana went above and beyond in everything she did, anticipating edge cases, spotting inconsistencies, and communicating clearly with developers.

With the help of an embedded QA specialist, we implemented automated end-to-end testing using Datadog Synthetic Tests, integrated QA checks into our CI/CD pipelines, and dramatically improved our overall product reliability. This initiative has not only reduced regressions but also improved developer confidence and time-to-release metrics.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We adopt a variety of payment structures - it might be fixed price, T&M, or pay-per-milestone. We are quite flexible on the payment terms as we strive to cover our customers’ needs in the best way. Thus, we usually take a personalized approach to each particular case.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We are proud to stay really flexible given our current company’s size and clients. In fact, we do not have minimal budget requirements as we have projects with a budget of a couple thousand, providing product or UX design services.

At the same time, we can set up a team of 20+ engineers with a budget of $150K+/month. But the final cost is highly dependent on the customer’s needs, chosen tech stack, feature set, etc.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
The price range usually varies from $30K-$150K per project if we take into account the projects that were started and finalized in 2020.
