None. We had no issue while working with them. There were some minor technical aspects we asked for that were not available but they are in the process of adding solutions to accommodate even these new requirements.

We truly appreciated their dedication, support, and the smooth collaboration from start to finish.

I am happy with this company, i honestly never met anyone professional like them before, it has been a great experience. Their team is not just responsive but also super adaptable. Whenever we have had unexpected spikes in volume or last-minute changes, they’ve handled it without missing a beat. They’re easy to work with, don’t need hand-holding, and are always looking for ways to improve how things run. I was especially impressed with how quickly they got up to speed. Their onboarding was smooth, and it really helped that they were already familiar with the tools we use for customer support.

The feedback from the 350 users we've been beta testing the MVP with has been excellent. Since the start, Optimal has been extremely upfront about what will and won't be available for the MVP. The beta users have found the experience to be seamless and free of bugs, and everything that is ready has been quite amazing. Because we choose to collaborate with Optimal, we are able to expand.
